A social wellbeing program for boys
In Real Life: Equip is designed for boys in Years 4-6 and Years 7-8. Over eight adventure-themed sessions, boys cover friendship, resolving conflict, assertive communication, emotional regulation, safe use of technology and social media, personal strengths, connections, and support networks.
This program is designed for a group of 6-10 boys, and the content is covered over eight 45-60 minute sessions. The program utilises experiential, tactile and visual learning to engage students and promote real life skills for social wellbeing.

Session Information
The following is a brief outline of the eight sessions that are covered within In Real Life: Equip for Yr 4-6 students. The Yr 7-8 program covers the same competencies, but the activities and discussions are adjusted for the age group. The program is designed to fit into the school term, but can be delivered over more than eight weeks if that’s more suitable — you decide how it’s going to work best in your location.
